EduAction was established as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in July 2011 and later incorporated as a private limited company in Singapore.
EduAction Pte Ltd branched into education consultancy, an extension of its training model specially tailored to youth.
A series of programmes was conceptualised to help students understand themselves better and in the process acquire invaluable tools to aid them in their educational journey. The goal of these programmes is for students to become more self-aware and consequently more independent youth.
The model involves explaining various theories to students and more importantly, teaching them how to apply those theories to help them acquire life skills, perhaps to understand and leverage on the best way for them to study (depending on their personality/preference) or deal with others etc.
The company’s proprietary programmes are built on management theories, social psychological concepts, as well as science-based models like the 6 Seconds™ Emotional Intelligence model and the ENNEAGRAM Spectrum personality profiling tool.
